Our Mission

Our mission at Hybrid is to make the world of music and sound accessible to everyone.

Community is at the heart of what we do. As a third-sector organisation, we are passionate about providing the tools and opportunities for people to find their voice.

​

A highlight of our offerings is our StoryBombs workshops, where young people create
their own radio podcasts, inclusive of those with learning disabilities, in hospitals, in
poverty, homeless, refugees, or excluded from school.

​

We’re passionate about tapping into undiscovered local talent, giving a platform to young people’s voices through workshops, music lessons and development opportunities.

​

We also run a music school and facilitate mentorship programmes with industry professionals.

​

Part of this includes running artist development programmes funded by Arts Council England.

​

We want to highlight the talent that comes through our door. Our studio can also be used as a live music venue for our bands to put on gigs.
