Rehearsal Terms and Conditions
By booking a rehearsal at Hybrid 3 Studios you are entering into a contract by which you are agreeing unconditionally on behalf of the band/artist to abide by the studio’s terms and conditions as detailed below.

Hybrid 3 Studios reserve the right to refuse and reschedule.

Hybrid 3 Studios reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time with or without prior notice or explanations.

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Any booking that is cancelled by Hybrid 3 Studios would not be chargeable to the artist/band.

Payments are made online through our booking system using Square Secure Payments.

Additional payments for Cymbals/Breakables can be made via the booking system or direct bank transfer (details sign-posted in rehearsal rooms).

It is the responsibility of the band/artist to cover the cost of each session in full.
-
Sessions can be extended or shortened if room is available but is subject to agreement by a Hybrid 3 Studios member of staff.
-
No refunds or reduction in payment would be eligible if rehearsals are shortened.

Extended sessions would be subject to full payment of the normal rates for the time of the extension.

48 hours notice is required for the cancellation of a session without charge; this includes weekends and bank holidays.
-
If a session is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the full cost of the session will be charged.

Allowances for cancellations due to extreme circumstances are made at the prerogative of Hybrid 3 Studios management (contact: 07752 956271).

To guarantee your slot and save money bands are invited to pay in advance on a monthly rolling basis.

If you wish to terminate this agreement please allow at least one months’ notice.

Do not move or swap equipment between rehearsal rooms.

All rooms are equipped with: (1 drum kit, 1 bass amp, 2 guitar amps, a PA system and 3 microphones).

If you require a certain piece of equipment that is NOT listed in your rehearsal room on our website, please advise a member of staff in advance of your booking; if available, a member of staff will organise this equipment for your rehearsal slot.

Drum Cymbals/Breakables are available in each room at an additional cost. These are actively monitored, if you are found to have used the breakables without paying you will be subject to ban from the studio.

Any damage caused to studio equipment due to misuse and abuse will be charged to the band/individual.

Refusal to pay for breakages will lead to exclusion and prosecution.

If an item of equipment is damaged or missing at the start of your session please report it to 07752 956271 immediately.

Any lost property or property left behind is collected and stored in a storage unit at Hybrid 3 Studios’ premises.
-
Hybrid 3 Studios is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged on the premises.

Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside the studio complex.

If you leave the premises to smoke, please ensure that your cigarette stubs are disposed of appropriately in the cigarette bin provided.
-
The front and back doors MUST be CLOSED AT ALL TIMES.

When leaving and entering the premises, please remember that both the main door and fire door to the rear MUST be kept shut at all times.

Any theft or damages that occur as a result of the door being left open will be chargeable to the band/artist.

You are permitted to bring your own food and drink into your rehearsal room; however, this must not be placed on any of the equipment under any circumstances.

Any damage caused to studio equipment due to spillages and negligence with food and drink will be charged as per our damages policy above.

Please help us to keep the rehearsal rooms tidy by placing any rubbish in the bins provided.

Broken drumsticks are a hazard to other room users and studio equipment. If you break a drumstick, please make sure that you put it in the bin before you leave.

All individuals who use the studio are expected to conduct themselves in a polite and respectful manner. Those who do not comply may have their session revoked and/or get banned from using the studios in the future at the discretion of the Studio Managers.
