StoryBombs - Down Below

Inspired by the secret underground tunnels of Sheffield know as the "Megatron" we asked our young musicians what might be down there?

Background: Megatron, Sheffield, is a Victorian subterranean storm drain, which was built in the 1800's. The culverts were built for a variety of reasons, some of which are, to build the railway station, as part of the expanding markets and structures, and to hide the open sewers.

In response to the brief and guided by our music leads our young creatives got to work answering the question, unleashing their imaginations and skills creating lyrics poetry and music and the resulting StoryBomb is something quite special:

The Story Song is a unique group-created musical work centered around a theme which tells a story through music and verse incorporating a wide verity of musical techniques instruments and practices.
